  • How long does it take to ship out the orders ?
    All Items that are currently in stock, and if ordered prior to noon Eastern Time will be shipped the Next Business day (Monday through Friday except holidays). New York BlendIn ships most items via USPS and most arrive within 2-5 business days. Our aim always is to get your order delivered to you as fast as possible.
  • Are there any shipping charges?
    We offer FREE Shipping anywhere within the United States. There is no order minimum.
  • I placed an order, but now I want to change my delivery address, how can I do that?"
    Our aim always is to get your order delivered to you as fast as possible. In order to achieve that, we request you to please contact us within 2 hours of your purchase via email nyblendin@gmail.com and let us know about the address change. If no information about the address change has been received within the 2 hours of purchase, the order will be delivered to the address initially provided. Unfortunately neither New York BlendIn nor our shipping partners can be held responsible for the wrong address information entered by the customer. And it will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • My order shows delivered but I have not received it.
    Generally all New York BlendIn orders are shipped via USPS. Our shipping department makes sure all address informations provided by customer goes as is on the shipping label. Even when the customer contacts for an address change within 2 Hours of purchase, those requests are also checked and updated in the system so the order is shipped to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to mail us on nyblendin@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery as mentioned on the shipping carrier's tracking information. We shall arrange a proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from our shipping partner. ** Any complaint raised after 48 hours of delivery status update may not be considered.
  • Do you ship outside USA ?
    Currently we are shipping only within the United States.
  • General
    Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and all the items purchased must be unused, unwashed, unworn with their tags and packaging in the original condition. Items not in this condition will not be eligible for refund. Once we receive the product, it goes through a quality check and after its successful completion; and if the product condition is in accordance to our return policies, we will credit the amount to you within 5-7 Business Days. For all returns, there is a Return Fee of $5.99, that will automatically be deducted from your refund. Items which are damaged or defective can be returned within 30 Days of purchase . Proof of the same must be provided upon request, for example images of the product, proof of purchase etc. To get the return process started, you need to fill out this Return Form OR you can also E-mail Us at nyblendin@gmail.com your Order # OR Invoice # and the reason for Return. A Return Label will be sent out via E-mail. This label is pre-paid and pre-addressed. Print the return label, attach the label to your package and drop off at any nearest USPS Mailbox or you may also bring it to your local post office. Please wait for a confirmation E-mail from us that will include the shipping Label before shipping out the return items.   • How can I return a product ?

A Return Label will be sent out via E-mail.Please print the return label, attach the label to your package and drop off at any nearest USPS Mailbox or you may also bring it to your local post office.   • Is there any Return Fee ?
    For all returns, there is a Return Fee of $5.99, that will automatically be deducted from your refund.
  • How long does it take for the refunds to process after the items are returned?
    Once we receive the returned item, it goes through a quality check and after its successful completion; and if the product condition is in accordance to our Return Policy,we will credit the amount to you within 5-7 Business Days.
  • How can I exchange an item ?
    Currently we are unable to facilitate exchanges through our online system. However, you may return your item to us via postal mail for a refund and place a new order online for the desired size, style or color.   • How do I shop on your website ?
    Shopping with us is Fun & Easy. 1) Browse through our online collection. 2) Click on the product you like. 3) Choose the size you want from the drop down & quantity . 4) Add Product to your Cart or just hit Buy Now. 5) You can either create a login for Faster Checkouts or Shop as a Guest. 6) Use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order.   • How do I track my order ?
    New York BlendIn shipping department will send out an E-mail to you, letting you know as soon as your order is shipped. The email will have the tracking information. All you would need to do is click on the tracking information and you will be redirected to our shipping partners website where you can track the status of your orders.
  • My Order is Delayed what should I do ?
    If due to some uncontrollable circumstances your order is delayed, please check your E-mail & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you.
  • How do I know my Order is confirmed?
    New York BlendIn sends you an E-mail once you’ve successfully placed your order ! The E-mail will have the invoice which includes the items ordered and the pricing & shipping information. Our Shipping department will also let you know as soon as the item(s) are shipped out to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s).
  • How can I Change or Cancel an order ?
    E-mail us immediately after placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Our automated processes fill orders extremely quickly, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short. If we’re not able to cancel your order, you can easily return your unwanted items.
  • What are the payment modes that you accept ?
